Firstsite
Firstsite is a £28m contemporary visual art gallery designed by New York architect Rafael Vinõly.
It is the catalyst for the regeneration of the St. Botolph’s area of Colchester town centre.
With the new Ultra Fast Broadband access, Firstsite is core to the growth of Colchester’s creative and digital sector.

Greyfriars
This multi million pound conversion of a beautiful Georgian masterpiece brings a new level of luxury to Colchester’s tourism offering.
Greyfriars is situated close to the St Botolph’s regeneration area of the town centre.
The town’s creative communities have brought inspired contemporary takes on a classic Georgian interior.

Northern Gateway
With rapid population growth in north Essex, the Colchester Northern Gateway is an emerging £137m leisure destination in the East of England anchored around the Weston Homes Community Stadium which as well as being the home of Colchester United F.C., already hosts world-renowned performers such as Sir Elton John and Lionel Richie. The generation opportunity is to create a range of high quality sport and leisure experiences two miles north of Colchester’s town centre including:
